At Uncover Cosmetic Boutique, your satisfaction and "glow" are our top priorities. Because we deal with premium cosmetic and personal care products, we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure every item arrives in pristine condition.

Returns Due to the nature of our products and for the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original, sealed packaging.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at {uncoverboutiquebiz@gmail.com} so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    RETURNS We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have [14/30] days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

    • Opened or used cosmetic products (lipsticks, foundations, skincare).

    • Personal care goods.

    • Items marked as "Final Sale."

    HOW TO START A RETURN To start a return, contact us at uncoverboutiquebiz@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
